I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to share a little bit about myself and my passions.

First and foremost, I'm a proud mom, which has been the most rewarding and fulfilling role in my life. Parenthood has taught me the value of patience, love, and the joy of witnessing growth in both myself and my 4 children.

A huge part of my life, and the only reason I am able to do what I love is being married to my best friend, my husband, Mark. To be completely honest, I wouldn’t be teaching yoga, sharing oils and creating digitally online if it wasn’t for him. I would probably be working 9-5 in a veterinary clinic or cleaning and organizing houses, (which wouldn’t really be so bad either, lol).

As a yoga teacher, I'm dedicated to helping others find balance, peace, and strength in both their minds and bodies. Through my classes, I aim to create a nurturing and empowering space for individuals to explore their yoga journey and discover the transformative benefits it can bring.

In addition to teaching yoga, I am also an aromatherapist and doTERRA Wellness Advocate. I have a deep appreciation for the therapeutic power of aromas and how they can positively impact our well-being.

So thank you for taking the time to get to know me a little better. I look forward to connecting with you and exploring how we can collaborate and support each other on our individual and collective journeys.

A little personal sharing…

One of my biggest struggles over the decades has been staying on track as a small business mom.

Anxiety. Overthinking. Bouts of energy and then crashing. Too busy comparing. Sensitive about the littlest comment or mistake.

Why is this? And does this sound like you as well?

I believe it’s because we are highly sensitive individuals. Or perhaps you’ve been called an empath?

It has taken me years to realize this and it was through journaling.

  • I love dogs

  • I am actually a Registered Veterinary Technician (formal schooling), but only worked in California before having to come home to have my first child

  • My favourite colour is teal

  • I am terrible at reading instructions

  • My playlists range from cello, to yoga music, to country and 80’s rock

  • My favourite smell is vanilla

  • If I could live anywhere, I would live in the mountains with many dogs, a sauna, hot tub, and my husband (with the closest neighbor being miles away)

  • I am highly sensitive and the smallest comment shuts me down

  • My favourite childhood memory is quading on my cousin’s farm, playing with the animals and only coming in at sunset
