Ideal Customer Avatar (ICA):

  1. Describe your ideal customer in detail. Paint a picture: Who are they? What do they value? What are their daily challenges? (Encourage them to go beyond demographics.)

  2. What specific problem does your ideal customer have that your product or service uniquely solves?

  3. What are their biggest hesitations or objections when considering a purchase from a business like yours?

  4. What language and tone resonates most with your ideal customer? (Formal, casual, inspirational, etc.)

Website Purpose & Actions:

  1. What is the single most important action you want visitors to take on your website? (e.g., book a call, purchase a product, download a free guide)

  2. Beyond that primary action, what are 2-3 secondary actions you'd like visitors to take?

  3. How will you measure the success of your website in achieving its purpose? (Specific metrics like conversion rates, form submissions, sales, etc.)

Traffic Generation:

  1. What existing online platforms or communities does your ideal customer frequent? (Social media, forums, blogs, etc.)

  2. What specific marketing strategies do you plan to use to drive traffic to your website? (e.g., social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, paid advertising, content marketing)

  3. How will you consistently create and share valuable content that attracts your ideal customer to your website? (Blog posts, videos, podcasts, etc.)
