Wednesday mornings,

9:30 to 10:30 am

Style: gentle flow/happy medium

Thursday evenings, 7:00 to 8:00 pm

These classes run each week, (with a few exceptions). I offer punch cards and drop ins so you can join any class, any time.

Private Yoga. Designed Just for You.

While I love teaching my weekly drop-in classes, my specialty is creating private yoga sessions tailored to your needs.

Whether it’s you on your own, a few friends, or co-workers, these sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are…no rushing, no pressure, just mindful movement and breath at your pace.

Private classes are perfect if you want more personal attention, have specific goals, or simply want to share a meaningful wellness experience with your group.

  • Up to 6 people

  • 1 hour — $95 total (split among your group)

Class Descriptions

  • This is my most relaxing, peaceful, comfortable class. It was originally created for students with injuries, but has become very popular for anyone looking to move gently, but also benefit from moments of stillness.

    I often adapt to whoever is in the class.

    This class is for everyone. ♥

  • We move with purpose and intermediate intensity in this moderate flow.

    It is the perfect balance between vinyassa flows (like our Sun Salutations and planks) to finishing off practice with restorative poses (like legs up the wall).

    You will build heat, but will also bask in complete relaxation and stillness at the end of practice.

  • Gentle, supportive, and therapeutic are just a few words that describe restorative yoga. At its core, restorative yoga is a practice of passive healing. This yoga style is known for its ability to activate the parasympathetic nervous system.

    We spend most of the class on the floor, holding long, supportive poses.

Yoga + Aromatherapy…a match made in heaven

Adding essential oils to many of my yoga classes accelerates or enhances the your ability to overcome the mind through the body. Historically, oils have been used to aid in meditation that brings us to the present moment. By combining oils and yoga, I bring the two disciplines together to heighten your experience in class.
