Teaching has been a part of my life since I was in my early teens. From step aerobics in the early 90’s to yoga in my own home studio (present day).

Today, yoga is a huge part of my life and I am honored to be able to share it with many beautiful souls in my own home studio weekly.

Class size is limited to 8 people. My space is warm, welcoming and always calm. Sessions run from September to the end of May.

For over 30 years, I’ve harnessed the power of essential oils for wellness, stress relief, and natural remedies, with mindfulness as the cornerstone of my daily practice. Now over 50, I’ve found this blend of aromatherapy and mindfulness to be transformative, grounding me in purpose and balance.

Frustrated by the misinformation surrounding essential oils, I pursued professional training at Aromahead Institute and continue to expand my knowledge. On my site, HERE, I offer trusted educational resources, practical tips, and free printable recipes to help you use oils safely and mindfully.
