Blending Idea.

Feel a tension headache coming on? Blend the following oils in 1 oz of unscented lotion:

3 d lavender + 6 drops frankincense + 2 drops rosemary + 1 drop eucalyptus + 1 drop helichrysum.

Rub on the back of your neck as soon as tension begins.
